Adult Roster/Waiver Form(PDF)

Teams will NOT be guaranteed placement in a league from session to session. Instead, a $200 deposit must be put down for each session to be played at the time of initial registration. After that point, registrations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.

Registrations must include completed registration form, deposit and credit card information. League fees not paid in full by the 2nd game will be charged to this card. Incomplete registrations forms will not be considered accepted.

Prior to the first game, completed waiver/roster form must be submitted and remaining league fee paid. Complete schedules will not be available until league fee is paid in full.

League Fees are the responsibility of the team manager. Any fees unpaid or checks returned will be charged to the team manager.

Men's (Recreational & Competitive)
Soccer Blast offers a fun, yet competitive environment for all who participate, from the strongest MASL or MRSL teams to the group of guys from work that just want to get together to kick a ball around.

Women's (Beginning and Competitive)
The adult womens leagues at Soccer Blast provide a sense of competition for all levels, from the Soccer mom who has never played, to the college players looking for a great workout and a bit of fun! The Women's Beginning League focuses on players who have really never played the game and is a low key, no standings kept league. Individual registrations are accepted with this league.

Coed (Comptitive, Intermediate, Recreational)
You can't imagine the excitement in this league. Husbands and wives, boyfriends and girlfriends, brothers and sisters, parents and kids all have their various reasons for playing in this league and it is one of our most popular leagues. The ages in this league range from young adult all the way up, but similar levels of competition are maintained.
